Shipping policy

At Obitox, we currently ship orders within the United States only.

Processing and Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via UPS.

5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available so you can follow your package through the UPS tracking system.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order.

Obitox is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@obitox.store and provide your order number and relevant details.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
