Refund policy

At Obitox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition.
The item should be unused and in the original packaging, where applicable.
You must provide your order number and the reason for the return.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@obitox.store with your order number and details about the item you would like to return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as Obitox cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@obitox.store as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
